I received my delivery on time with the product being in its original packaging and condition. Before delivering the product I was asked to pay 10% of the total before delivery which I was happy to pay.

its is great and my wife love it

Overall its a great product for having a 2nd vaccum , especially if you have a baby and cleanign every 10 mins. from suction power to portability and i found the 40 mins battery life more than enough.
it works great for the car too except the floor of the car if its too hair or sticky, other than that its a great vaccum cleaner, especially with nthe LED lights on the vaccum head helps to see dirt better.
cleaning it is quite sim please, everything opens up easily and drys quickly within the hour.
